Increase your eligibility for job opportunities in the fitness and health field. Find out how to design a fitness program for clients. Learn the principles of cardiovascular fitness, weight training, strength, aerobic conditioning, fitness testing, body composition and injury prevention.

Instructor Mike Rickett is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with an M.S. in Exercise Physiology.

Notary Public Workshop and Exam

Notary Loan Signing & Certification

Comprehensive Introduction to MS Excel

Class on January 27, 2018
 

 

Learn to use MS Excel effectively from the beginning during this hands-on course. Since a working knowledge of Excel is necessary for most jobs, it is important to know how to work with Excel spreadsheets, charts and database. You will learn how to create and format all three of these Excel components and additionally work with formulas and functions, print professional-looking reports, sort and select data from a database and many additional Excel topics. Instructor Hilda Sendyk, M.S.is an experienced Microsoft applications specialist.
Prerequisite: Basic computer skills required.

Note: Computer Lab using PC.

Materials Fee: $15 payable to instructor in class for course manual.

Food Handing Test Prepartion Certification & Exam for Managers

Starts  February 2 or March 12th, or May 21, 2018
California law requires that all food establishments have at least one certified food safety person on site. Passing the exam administered at the end of this workshop meets the California requirements for certification. New students and students who need re-certifying are welcome.
