Floral Cupcake Decorating

The sweetest things come in small packages! Enjoy learning how to make and decorate cupcakes in a variety of floral designs. Premier bake shop owner Kathleen Luzzi will teach you step-by-step how to apply the finishing touches to decorate the cupcakes with various creative techniques. Best of all, you get to bring home a basket bouquet of floral cupcakes you make!

Let’s Make Sushi*

Bring your own sushi bento to work and save your lunch money. Have fun learning essential sushi-making techniques from our popular professor Machiko Conway. Enjoy creating a variety of delicious sushi and sampling what you make. Bonus: a famous sushi chef will demonstrate the art of sushi-making. *Bring a cutting board and long-blade knife. You must register by Thursday, October 13th for this class!

Materials Fee: $25 payable to instructor in class.

Preservation, Fermentation, & Cultured Foods for Health
Have you ever wanted to learn how to make cheese or butter; kombucho, sauerkraut or kimchee?
In a 3-part cooking series Chef Alison will demonstrate some basic recipes that will remove the mystery and reveal the benefits of preserving fruits, vegetables, and milk. Participants will have the opportunity to taste, create, and practice in class.
Materials Fee: $20 payable to instructor in class (each of the three classes require this fee).
