
INK & WATERCOLOR PAINTING WITH CHINESE BRUSH TECHNIQUES

Chinese Brush Painting is known as a traditional art form, expressed in painting and calligraphy. In this workshop you will learn the basics of using the materials of the Chinese brush, rice or Xuan paper, ink and watercolor medium. Subject taught will be based on contemporary Chinese paintings of the 20th century artists of the flowers, birds, and landscape categories. Instructor Lillian Wu will make it fun and an inspiring workshop for beginners as well as repeat art students. Lillian has taught Chinese Brush Painting since 2012.
